Over 60 and self-quarantined? 5 Frozen shoulder exercises to do at home

If you have been given the diagnosis of a frozen shoulder, then you need to start on these 5 basic, but effective exercises. If you don't, it could take you up to 2.5-3 years to regain most of your shoulder function. The exercises will focus on a warm up first, then flexion, abduction, external rotation and finally extension exercises. They are to be done 3 times per day, between 20-30 repetitions of each exercise.
