Easy Cake with Sour Cherries | Easy Desserts | Home-made Cake

Ingredients

A Packet of Ready Cake(Simple Cake)

1 Packet of Pastry Cream with Vanilla

2 cups of milk

Half a Kilo (1lb) of sour cherries

1 tbsp. of granulated sugar

Preparation

Cut the cherries in to half and take the seeds out. Grind 1/3 of it.

Whisk the pastry cream with a glass of cold milk.

Combine the pastry cream with the ground cherries, whisk again

Add a tbsp.. of sugar to a glass of milk. Mix it with a spoon.

Use this milk to wet the bottom part of the simple cake.

And then spread some of the pastry cream over the cake.

Place some of the cherries on it.

Wet the other part of the cake, and place it over the bottom part.

Cover it up with the rest of the pastry cream.

Use rest of the cherries for decorating the cake!

Would be more delicious if you keep this in fridge for 1-2 hours before consuming it!
