ETORO COPY TRADING UPDATE

I start this one off with a few more resources which I like - they’re listed above with links. Then I go on to talk about the traders in my portfolio.

It’s been yet another volatile time with some big sell-offs and rallies happening. Harshsmith continues to drawdown unfortunately, and I’ll ask what he’s planning with the portfolio - for now I’m just assuming he sees the assets he’s holding rising in future and is waiting for the best time to close the trades…

I go over why I copied Lombard with $1000, and how she’s done so far this month. Her and Slow-and-steady seem to be very similar in terms of low risk and cutting off losing trades quickly. I think that’s good for the portfolio, and both have a slightly less common strategy so that might help with my de-correlation to all the other traders on eToro, as well as with the overall market.

Olivier Daniel is still in green, I think I’m going to stop copying Grepod, Jay is doing well even though my copy is still a tiny bit in the red, and my commodities trades are doing nicely overall (Silver’s still a little down for now…)

I have a look at the allocations in my portfolio to different asset classes and show how to see a simple pie chart and breakdown of the asset classes from within the portfolio view screen. Quite useful :)
