One piece collar pattern
Instructions for making a one-piece collar pattern, also known as a convertible collar or a resort collar in Menswear, using the women's dartless bodice block. Video includes information on: -
1. Altering the front & back block neckline for a more relaxed fit.
2. Adding a centre front extension for buttonholes & buttons.
3. Constructing the collar pattern from the new neckline.
4. Adding a grown-on front facing.
5. Adding seam allowances and labelling pattern pieces.
