360g Whipping Cream
360g Whole Milk
1 Vanilla Pod
6 Strips Orange Zest
6 Strips Lemon Zest
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
160g Egg Yolk
12g Corn Flour
110g White Sugar

Ingredients for Chocolate Sponge
150g White Sugar
4 Eggs
75g Ground Almonds
36g Corn Flour
38g Cocoa Powder
40g Melted Unsalted Butter
