I was out on my own in the channel, practicing my boat skills, when I thought I heard a crack in the trees next to me. I pulled over my boat in time for a rather nonchalant grizzly bear to saunter out from the forest...

Working out the sex of a grizzly bear can be quite tricky, unless you get close enough to look between the legs!
