Here is the phrase we worked with for my Body & Pole Intensive FreeOgraphy workshop! The following three versions is my own experiments playing after class with songs I know and don't know. You can see examples of shifts in tone, musical timing, shapes, movement quality - just having FUN being untethered from the planned version of the movement.
