Intermittent Fasting: Ridiculously Big Salad & Weight Loss

This may be the most simple and effective intermittent fasting meal plan for weight loss, a keto diet option: "The Ridiculously Big Salad." Why do I put this one at the top of the list for rapid weight loss using keto and intermittent fasting? "The big salad" is bulky and takes hours to digest. It is loaded with micro-nutrients. It has fat in the dressing and usually some healthy fat in the protein you are going to add. The dressing may even have apple cider vinegar, also complementary to weight loss. It's a winner!
