How To Make A Ridiculously Big Salad / RBS / Eat Like A Bear / Weight Loss Journey

I’m asked often how to make an RBS (Ridiculously Big Salad). So, I’m going to show you how I made mine today. The basic blueprint is 8 cups of lettuce (any kind you like) and toppings. I used what I had on hand to show you how simple the RBS can be.
