. There are various extant methods of meditation, which may broadly be classified into two groups: Active meditation and Passive meditation. An attempt is made to present a neurobiological explanation of both these methods.Subsequently, the question of "Are there any adverse effects for meditation?" is discussed in some detail, based on the research by Willoughby Britton. Organized by Kerala Yukthivadi Sangham at Block Panchayath hall Mavelikara on 25.03.2018
