The Fed Just SNITCHED

The stock market rose and fell in dramatic fashion today after Jerome Powell & the Fed surprised with hawkish statements and an early start to ending balance sheet runoff. Despite the S&P 500 & NASDAQ barely moving, the action of speeding up QT ahead of schedule has some big implications. Add that to the Yen intervention after hours, we are setting up for a very interest month of May stocks. I go over my hot take and how this all connects, but the main point is that the Fed just did something unexpected and the question is why? After this brief FOMC recap and Powell analysis, I go over my portfolio and 3 stocks for tomorrow.
