THE STOCK MARKET AGREES WITH POWELL!!!

The stock market is NOW PRICING IN 3 RATE CUTS FOR THE END OF THE YEAR. What seemed like a far cry last month when the market was pricing in 7 rate cuts, after all the data and market events, Fed futures are now back to pricing what the Fed Dot Plot is anticipating. This has a lot of implications and helps explain some of the recent direction finding we have been seeing in the market as some investors are a little hesitant. At the same time, in a few weeks, we may come to learn this is all justified. All in all, this created another interesting day with a lot of headlines but not much movement and now all investors are watching for the GDP tomorrow and PCE later in the week. After this brief market recap and stock analysis, I go over my portfolio and 3 stocks for tomorrow. I go over PTN stock and why I think that will be an interesting watch for the next few days. Then I go over one earnings trade for tomorrow and why I will be watching oil stocks again at this level.
