How To Trade STOCK BUYOUTS

The stock market saw a relatively calm day following Jerome Powell, but once again buyouts & merger activity dominated the news flow. With a lot of mergers and stock buyouts occurring lately, I though I would go over the recent buyout on ROOT stock and explain a strategy for trading buyouts. Every buyout announcement is not the same and if you understand the criteria, you will discover there are opportunities where you can take advantage of the market makers and the arbitrage of the offers. Its good info to know and with a lot of stocks still at lows, we may see a lot of mergers and acquisitions in 2023!
