In Chapter 10 of 20 in his 2015 Capture Your Flag interview, bestselling author and inspirational speaker Simon Sinek answers "How are you deepening your relationship with the United States Armed Forces?" Sinek notes that his relationship has grown as he reciprocates the service-mindset he sees in men and women in uniform with his own efforts in working with the military. Sinek notes that by being around those driven by service and not money or fame he is able to connect far more emotionally and more fully understand what it means to interact with others as humans. Simon Sinek is an author of multiple best selling books "Start With Why", "Leaders Eat Last", "Together is Better", and "Find Your Why". His next book is titled "The Infinite Game". In addition to writing, Sinek is an acclaimed public speaker and an adjunct professor at Columbia University.
