In Chapter 1 of 20 in his 2015 Capture Your Flag interview, bestselling author and inspirational speaker Simon Sinek answers "What were your grandparents like and how did they influence your development?" Sinek recalls time with his maternal grandfather, an engineer and eccentric. In addition to writing, Sinek is an acclaimed public speaker and an adjunct professor at Columbia University.
