FIAT Barchetta '1997

★フィアット バルケッタに関して
イタリア語で「小舟」を意味するネーミングで1995年に登場した。
デザインはフィアットのデザイン部門チェントロスティーレが担当し、イタリアンカロッツェリア、マッジョーラが生産する、2シーターフルオープンモデルである。

シンプルながら流れるようなボディライン、ボタンを押すとドアノブが飛び出す仕組みを持ち、キャビンスペースとトランクルームを確保しながら、オープン時もソフトトップをスッキリ収められるスペースをキャビン後部に備えている。

インテリアはボディ同色にダッシュボード下部とドアトリムは統一され、後方からの風の巻き込みを抑えるウインドストップも装備される。

駆動方式はFF、5速MTと組み合わされ、横置きに搭載された水冷直列4気筒DOHC16バルブエンジンは1746ccの排気量から、最高出力130ps(96kW)/6300rpm、最大トルク16.7kg・m(164N・m)/4300rpmを発揮した。

★About Fiat Barchetta
It was introduced in 1995 with a name that means "small boat" in Italian.
It is a two-seater fully open model designed by Fiat's design department Centro Stile and produced by Italian carrozzeria Maggiola.

It has a simple but flowing body line, a doorknob that pops out at the push of a button, and a space at the rear of the cabin that can neatly store the soft top even when it's open, while ensuring plenty of cabin space and trunk space.

The interior has the same body color as the lower part of the dashboard and door trims, and is also equipped with a windstop to reduce wind from the rear.

The drive system is FF, combined with a 5-speed MT, and the horizontally mounted water-cooled inline 4-cylinder DOHC 16-valve engine has a displacement of 1746cc, maximum output 130ps (96kW) / 6300rpm, and maximum torque 16.7kg・m (164N・ m)/4300rpm.
