Nutella & Science at Ferrero's NYC Open innovation center

New York, March 29, 2019 - From West Essex High School, North Caldwell, New Jersey, the students who study Italian went to New York at the new CornellTech campus on Roosevelt Island to visit Ferrero's Open innovation center. They discovered the science and technology that are behind Nutella. They discussed AgriTech, FoodTech, Open Source Innovation, and tasted different recipes with Ferrero researchers and managers. The visit was an extra curriculum activity organized by IACE, the Italian American Committee on Education.
