Most Hindus associate a vegetarian diet with their religion. But many Hindus eat meat and Hinduism also has a history of animal sacrifice. How exactly then is vegetarianism linked to Sanathana Dharma as a whole? This video explains the connection. Using history, Hindu scripture and philosophy the case for a vegetarian/vegan diet is made. In doing so we can see exactly how animal welfare is central to Sanathana Dharma.
