Hey Dream Team!

In this video I open up about the start of my yoga practice and how I have navigated learning on my own from Home. I talk a little about my history before Yoga, the 3 (yes THREE) different times I tried it before I actually started to like it. And all about how I deepened my practice with the use of online yoga platforms like Alo Moves and took it from being a superficial Yoga "Instagram" practice, to where I am now... Having a more well rounded, balanced and spiritual practice and not being so caught up on aesthetics. Oh! And I also answer the long awaited question of if I'll ever become a Yoga teacher and my plans for the future... ;)
