5 YOGA BENEFITS, MY YOGA JOURNEY SO FAR AND TIPS FOR YOGA BEGINNERS.

I was sceptical about yoga for a looong time and I was telling myself that I'm not flexible enough to do it. Then, life pushed me to give yoga a chance when I was going through a period of anxiety and, within a year, yoga become one of my most cherished habits and changed me as a person - both physically and mentally.

I never thought I would be someone who could talk about yoga all the time but, there you go. So, today, I share with you my journey, the incredible health benefits of yoga as well as how yoga impacted my mental health and attitude.
