The aim of Yoga is stilling the fluctuating mind and emotional structures. "Being in the moment" if you like.
The point being made in this video is that our paths towards this will all be different, and not everything mentioned in these videos will be applicable to everyone. Some people are suited to sitting in meditation for longer periods, and others simply are not. Some are very sensitive to certain foods and others *seem* to get away with anything. This video puts an end to this series of videos.
