2011 Kawasaki Concours 14: Front Wheel Bearing Replacement

Drive your new bearings in, straight down.
If it gets cocked one way, hit it on the high side to re-level it. I overdid it on the grease so don't put as much.

Prerequisites:
1) Place your new bearings in the freezer for an hour or two
2) Remove both wheels from the bike

Tools I used:
Bearing Race and Seal Driver Set (Rental Tool from o'Reilly Auto Parts)
5/16” Drift Punch (at least 8” long)
Heavy Metal Hammer
Flathead Screwdriver
2ea 2x2 Wood Blocks (at least 12” long)
Freezer
Propane Torch
High Temperature Grease
WD40
Rags
Flat Scribe (if inspecting old bearings)

Parts:
New Bearing and Seal Kit
