Major Breakthrough In Brexit Negotiations - Fishing Out Of The Way?

UPDATE - A deal was pretty much done and dusted it seems. David Frost it seems at the last minute made a few new demands regarding fishing trawlers registered abroad which reset everything.

Boris Johnson spoke to Ursula von der Leyen the European Commission President in order to push the talks forward however that failed to work. Later however when talks restarted between EU chief negotiator Michel Barnier and his British counterpart David Frost, there was a breakthrough on the contentious issue of fishing. This would mean that we are near the end and possibly at a deal.
