Doing a NOR TEST on an LG INR18650 HG2 lithium-ion cell.

LiitoKala Engineer Lii-500 Smart Charger's NOR TEST mode measures the 'discharge capacity' of a cell or the capacity discharged from a fully-charged cell (4.2V down to 2.8V). I used an LG INR18650 HG2 (aka LG Choco) lithium-ion cell for this test and chose 'Current 1000mA' option of the Lii-500.
