LG INR18650 MJ1 Discharge Capacity testing
Discharge Capacity testing a brandnew LG Chem INR18650 MJ1 lithium-ion cell using 3.4 Amps of discharge current / constant current load and 2.5V cut-off voltage (and in a room with 25°C ambient temp.)
.
3.4 Amps as "1C" was based on the Minimum Capacity of the cell which is 3400mAh. Check the LG INR18650 MJ1 data sheet image on the link below for reference and supporting info.

.
In the example data sheet below, Panasonic CGR18650CF is a 2250mAh cell. Does it follow that its "1C" current should be 2250mA or 2.25A? If that's the case, then how come that the graph below presents 2150mA as the "1lt" or "1C" current of Panasonic CGR18650CF lithium-ion cell?

.
LG Chem also refers to the cell's minimum capacity in determining the corresponding discharge current values for 0.2C, 0.5C, 1.0C, 1.5C or 2.0C as clearly presented in the following datasheets:

.
Anyway, I would like to find out what capacity will I still get from this cell with the help from a multifunction constant current electronic load, and compare the result with info from its datasheet.

"Capacity or Nominal Capacity (Ah for a specific C-rate)
→ The coulometric capacity, the total Amp-hours available when the battery is discharged at a certain discharge current (specified as a C-rate) from 100 percent state-of-charge to the cut-off voltage.
.
→ Capacity is calculated by multiplying the discharge current (in Amps) by the discharge time (in hours) and decreases with increasing C-rate."
