HAVING LABRUM SURGERY ON MY SHOULDER // VLOG | Samuel Alvarez

Hey guys!! As many of y'all know, I recently had labrum surgery on my right shoulder. It started out as a mild injury while stunting at cheer, but the damage got worse over time to the point that my shoulder would dislocate every time I stunted. I really enjoy cheer and hate that I'm missing out, so my best option was to have surgery. It's a pretty lengthy recovery, so it's going to be a long process, but with the right help and support, I'll be back and better than ever in no time! Thank you to Dr. Cain and the other incredible people at Andrews OrthoSports Center at St. Vincent's Birmingham as well as all of you guys who have given me so much love and support!! I hope you enjoy the video!!
