Very simple, healthy, tasty and easy recipe. You can make this delicious khichdi during the festival and offer it to your favorite goddess, and also, you can enjoy this Khichdi during the monsoon. Ingredients:

Basmati rice - 3/4 cup
Moong daal - 3/4 cup
Cauliflower - 150 g
Potato - 1 medium size
Tomato - 1 medium size
Green chilli - 4
Green peas - 50 g
Chopped coconut - 1 tbsp
Mustard oil - 1-1/2 tbsp
Bay leaves - 3 small size
Dried red chilli - 1
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp
Bengali garam masala - 1/4 tsp ( please check the link )
Roasted ground masala / bhaja masala - 1 tsp ( please check the link )
Ghee / clarified butter - 1/2 tbsp
