Today I am sharing with you a winter special one of very popular bengali sweet dates molasses sandesh. Also known as nolen gurer sandesh. Hope you will like this recipe. Thanks for watching my video.

For Paneer ( cottage cheese or chena )
Full cream milk - 1 liter
For lime juice - 2 limes
For Jaggery syrup - Dates molasses ( dates Jaggery or khejur gur ) - 250 gms
