Simpson Washing Machine Diagnostics Mode Top Loader

A guide on how to enter the diagnostics mode in top loading Simpson washing machine. And how to actuate each component for testing.

Step 1:
Make sure the dial is in the off position. Turn the dial clockwise to the first position.

Step 2:
Simultaneously press and hold the START/PAUSE button and the option button that is above the start/pause button for a few seconds, until the lights start to flash randomly.

Step 3:
Turn the dial accordingly to the positions bellow to test various components. By pressing the START/PAUSE button will alternate between 2 component testing in each dial position.

- Position 2: C10 - Water load from Hot valve.
C11 - Water load from Cold valve.
- Position 3: C20 - Water load from Eco valve.
C21 - Water load from Softener valve.
- Position 4: C30 - Drain pump test.
C31 - Recirc pump test (N/A for EVA16C30).
- Position 5: C40 - Lid switch and Knock off switch test.
C41 - N/A
- Position 6: C50 - Agitate test.
C51 - Spin test.
- Position 7: C60 - Top part test (For production line).
C61 - Lamp test (For production line).
- Position 8: C70 - Wet test (For production line).
C71 - N/A
- Position 9: C80 - Dry test (For production line).
C81 - N/A
- Position 10: C90 - Pressure Sensor Calibration drain.
C91 - Cycle spin test
- Position 11: CA0 - Last alarm display and possible reset.
CA1 - N/A

Step 4: Turn off the machine to exit the diagnostics mode.
