Shizuka The F2P Queen | Naruto Online

I was too hard on Shizuka comparing her to meta. It's just all the salt from Raikage after using him. Since she is a F2P ninja, she is the best F2P ninja the game has ever made. She holds up really well in the meta just struggles against Kakuzu. I believe she could even beat a Ronin and once I get the Swimsuit Samui I will try her again. Overall a fun ninja to use and she is obtainable for free.
