Since I released my first sugar sheet video in March, I've been asked so many questions about it, with the most common question being - how long will my sugar sheet last in humid weather? I'm really excited to be finally releasing my updated sugar sheet recipe that is much stronger and will stand the test of time, giving you that added security when making a sugar sheet! :)

- 2 cups (400g) of white granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons tylose/CMC
- 4 tablespoons (80g) of glucose syrup
- 2-3 drops of gel food colouring (optional)
