Follow Along ~ Self Rotator Cuff Shoulder Massage

Here's an easy self massage you can follow along that targets the 4 rotator cuff muscles and help shoulder pain, range of motion and heal up any tears or strains. The muscles are the Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus, Teres minor and the Subscapularis. Techniques for all 4 are shown here!
