Why can’t I find ONE OR TWO ACRES of land CHEAP?

In this video, I take on a comment/question I have been getting fairly frequently lately when it comes to buying land. People are looking for the cheap one or two acre tract and find how I paid $550 per acre for my land. There is a bit of a disconnect when people compare my 100 acre purchase to a couple acre purchase. I try to clear that up in this video.
