Looking at 20 RURAL acres as a homestead for a Youtube viewer

In this video, we are in a different part of the state of WV looking at 20 acres for one of our viewers. This land is very rural and very steep. It has some good qualities and some bad qualities. Our viewer has already purchased this land sight unseen so we are going to be his eyes since he can't get to it at this time. We assess whether this would be a good spot to try to start a new homestead.
