A Cupcake pull apart heart cake is the perfect surprise for your Valentine. 🧁💖 Here's how to create this twist on the popular flat-top cupcake craze: Pipe a red buttercream heart onto parchment paper using tip #1A and smooth out with an offset spatula. Place three upside down cupcakes and give a very gentle push, then transfer to the freezer until set (around 20 minutes). Gently peel parchment off and turn right-side up. Pipe a matching buttercream border with Tip #4B and decorate with other colors and tips (Tip #32 and #18 shown here).
