*Trade for income:
- Make $15,000 per month for living expenses. This comes to $180,000/year.
- Opened a new trading account. Put in 250K. Margin account so it has 500K buying power.
- Living expenses: $9,000/month (estimated).

* Wealth Building: Buy $10MM apartment complex
- $7MM will be Financing.
- $2MM Raise Money.
- $1MM My own money.
- Goal: To sell for $15MM in 3-5 years.
+ $7MM back to the bank.
+ $2MM back to investors.
+ $1MM to me.
+ $5MM in profits to be divided amongst the investors and me.
- $2MM based on the $1MM

* Resort In Mexico?
- For Mastermind Meetings.
- For AirBnB

* Crypto Currencies
