The Wheel Options Trading Strategy is a powerful way to generate income with options.

The most critical part of this strategy is finding the best stocks.

The Wheel Options Strategy - Overview:
1) Sell put options & Collect premium.
2) If the stock closes below the strike price you sold, you get assigned (see Step 3). If it closes above, you just collect more premium.
3) If assigned, then you sell calls and collect more premium.

IMPORTANT:
You have to select the right (best) stocks for the strategy because you might get assigned and you own the stock at the strike price that you sold.

My Trades:
-AAPL:
* Sold the 133 put.
* Assigned these shares.
* Can't sell calls yet, not enough premium.
* Open P/L down $10K (Only a realized loss if I sell) = 2% of my $500K buying power.

If AAPL goes down to 108, I will fly a "rescue mission"
- Sell more puts, and own more shares of AAPL at 108 if I get assigned.

- GDXJ:
* Sold the 48 put
* Assigned at 48.
* On Monday, I sold 21 Calls at the 48 strike price.
* I made $1,323 in REALIZED profits.

- RIDE:
* Sold the 21.50 put
* Assigned RIDE at 21.50.
* Sold the 22.50 call, 47 of them for $0.30
* Made $1,410 in REALIZED profit.

- RIOT:
* Sold the 18 of the 27.50 puts.
* Made $14 each contract.
* Made $252 in REALIZED profit.

- SNAP:
* Sold 19 of the 52 puts.
* If SNAP stays above 52, I won't get assigned. Currently at $57.
* Sold for $266 in profit.

TOTAL REALIZED PROFIT FOR THE WEEK:
- $3,254

FINDING THE RIGHT STOCKS
- Make 30% per year, minimum.
- I must know the stock.
- I must know the story.
- The story must make sense.
