How to connect the Mini S-OSD to a NAZA M

I got this Mini S-OSD from goodluckbuy.com

to fit on my DJI F450 with the NAZA M FC.

As usual it came with no instructions, and I could not find a "how to" video on You Tube, so I thought I'd put one up.
