Scope & Content (historic): This film, narrated by Ronald Reagan, focuses on the courage and intensive training of the servicemen who trained in the first Negro-manned fighter squadron of World War II at Tuskegee Institute. Scenes show the squadron as they engaged in a dogfight with German ME-110s over Italy, Negro cadets in classes, as they participated in training flights, received physical training; and as a graduating class received wings.
