Day Trading Entry and Exit Signals

How do you select your trade entries and exits? Steve Ruffley, day trader, comments. I have areas of interests - I don't refer to them as support and resistance levels.

Guys, please appreciate this guy is a day trader, meaning he holds and sells positions for very short periods and as such his methodology may be different to others.

How do you manage you trades and know where to exit? I've learned my style over the years - there is no perfect trade. I want to tell myself when I'm wrong. The art of trading is about being right at the right time.
