Cottile Memory Foam leg Pillow & Knee Pillow with Plush Cover for Leg Relief, Pregnancy, Reducing Low Back Pain

The pillow is a nice size and is firm but not hard. There is a zipper on the cover that allows you to remove the cover and wash it. I have used the pillow above my knee and directly on my knee cap depending on which direction I am laying and need my other leg to go. The pillow curves in the middle allowing a lower portion for your leg to fit perfectly in. I have also turned the pillow sideways and propped my ankle on it to keep my heel from rubbing the bed at night.
