Hi I’m Meg, an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition L1 Coach, Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach, USAPL Certified Club Coach, and Safe Sport Certified. We’ll go through a full deadlift and posterior chain workout today.
