Removal and replacement.
Glow plug torque,
Removal 20 Nm, (14.75 ft/lbs), 177 in/lbs. If you exceed this torque upon removal you risk breaking the plug off.

Installation 10Nm, (7.37 ft/lbs), 88.5 in/lbs
