Old School Vs. New School Trainers (Rant) - The Jaded Dog Trainer

Join us with the triumphant return of The Jaded Dog Trainer. Being from ye olden days, the Jaded Dog Trainer is, well... jaded to the new age of training. You can imagine him being the type of old man yelling “stay off my lawn”, as the kids play. He's rather particular when it comes to dog training.

In this video he lets us in on what he is seeing in the new “millennial” dog training era. What some see as trying to re-invent the wheel, or thinking they created a new "blueprint" for how to best train your dog, our very own Jaded Dog Trainer reminds us where nearly all of the philosophies are rooted.

Although he may trigger some of you, that's really not our intent. He has his opinions sure, but for the most part he's giving attention to valid points. As you watch this video, and all you want to say is “ok boomer 🙄” remember that an industries history is important, and a willingness to learn can only help better understand "why"? We hope you find some things to take away from this, and maybe (just maybe) have a little more appreciation for trainers of yester year.
