Gear Shifting - Stopping and Moving Off at traffic lights and other intersections

Best practice gear shifting when coming to a stop at traffic lights. Also covers gear selection at other places plus some commentary drive tips as we drive between the lights.
Select first gear as stopping (ready to move immediately) then (if could roll or waiting for a while) apply hand brake. If waiting, shift to neutral, rest but stay watching and prepared ready to go.
