How to setup your BF VTX tables, including figuring out what Smart Audio version your VTX supports.

Note that if your TBS VTX uses Smart Audio 2.1, the Power Level number varies per VTX. This is a TBS thing, and hence kind of the reason for VTX tables - stuff like this and all the other VTX's out there not strictly adhering to the original SA protocol settings: https://github.com/betaflight/betaflight/blob/master/docs/VTX.md#smartaudio-v21-devices-vary-depending-on-their-model-check-the-manufacturers-website

With VTX tables, it is flexible enough for the Manufactures to provide a table to load or the user to customize based on their specific VTX; and whether it follows the protocol or not. If it does, you just load the files. If it does not, you now have the flexibility to customize based on how your VTX actually works.
