In this video we machine a half octagon rifle barrel from a 1 3/8" blank for a .375 Ruger rifle we're building. We also machine a rear express sight base to fit the octagon portion of the barrel. We then show how to solder a rifle sight onto a barrel. Instagram: @mnrcustom
