Woken up at home with his family by the police

He must have been very distracted to miss the obvious GoPro camera on my head. I didn't get enough phone using evidence to be able to report him fro that, unfortunately.The driver, together with his family, was woken up by the police at his home. He was then invited down to Charing Cross Police station for an interview, where he made a full admission. He was given a PND causing harassment, alarm and distress, which carries a £90 fine. I'm told that for a large bloke, he was absolutely sh**ing himself. Also that his dad wasn't very happy with him.
