Seaweed Wrap Sandwich Pt. 2

Craving sushi? Here’s a fun alternative to try.

Start by cutting a slit in a seaweed sheet to divide it into quarters, then fill each with a different ingredient–I used rice and furikake, sliced salmon, spicy mayo, and lotus root salad. Fold the quarters over each other and enjoy as a seaweed wrap.
