Brie butter for the holiday weekend! Mix together equal parts room temperature Brie and butter in a bowl until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs of your choice. Spoon the Brie butter onto a plate, then top with jam, salt, pepper, and pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately with crusty baguette slices or store covered in the fridge until needed.
